A forward-looking Board requires clarity and foresight. This candidate is dedicated to ensuring that Zeta’s governance is strategic, innovative, and aligned with long-term goals so the Sisterhood continues to flourish for generations.

Integrity remains the foundation of strong leadership. With accountability, honesty, and fairness at the center of every decision, the Board can operate at the highest standards and maintain the full confidence of its members.
Purpose.
Purpose drives the work of Zeta. Every action must uplift members, strengthen chapters, and magnify the Sorority’s impact within communities across the globe.​​​
About Tamara
Soror Tamara D. Harris, a proud Diamond Life Member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, has served the Sisterhood for more than 25 years at the chapter, state, regional, and national levels. A seasoned leader and Professional Registered Parliamentarian, she is recognized for her expertise in governance, accountability, and organizational leadership. Professionally, Tamara is a Mathematical Statistician with the U.S. Department of Agriculture, bringing nearly three decades of experience in data governance and project management. Her campaign for International Chair of the Board is guided by VIP Leadership: Vision. Integrity. Purpose.
